Gazebo by the Bay

My sister Alice and I saw a lot of adirondak chairs and quite a few gazebos on our trip up and down the Chesepeake Bay. I liked this one particlarly I guess because it’s blue and weathered. Evidently people must spend a great deal of time just watching the boats coming and going, however not on this day. There was no one taking advantage of these chairs or gazebo while we were at this particular marina.

Where was I when you took that shot? That’s a great photo and I don’t have any like it at all. You’ve enhanced it beautifully, too, Chris. Looks just like a watercolor
I had to walk out over the water on one of those very skinny wooden docks to get the shot. I think you were afraid you’d loose your balance and fall in the drink. It was only about 14 or 15 inches wide.
You are probably right, Chris. Those planks made me very nervous and I usually didn’t go very far out on them. That one would have been worth the shot, though.
What a great time you and Alice must have had!
Alice and I did indeed have a great time, MajorMike.
