It’s almost time for Candy Days again

Every year my sister, my mother, my niece and I get together to make a BUNCH of candy. We all give most of our candy away but we do a bit of sampling as we go along. It all started out with just my sister helping our mom make candy when she got too frail to handle it all by herself and it’s grown a bit over the years. It’s a three day event now and we all look forward to it. We work hard and long, but we have a ball doing it, then afterwards we have a “post mortem” and make notes to ourselves for next year. The trick is to actually READ the notes from last year BEFORE you start making the candy.
