More Architecture
Thinking about going on vacation later on this year with my sis really has caused me to look back through all the photos we’ve taken on previous vacations together. I found a whole directory of pictures of houses that I’ve never shared before.

Some of the little towns we stopped in were small enough that we could just park the rental car and walk through the residential streets and see a pretty good representation of the architecture for that area. We saw an awfully lot of picket fences. Picket fences are so much more inviting than the 6 and 8 foot fences you see nowadays.

Looks wonderful… are these pictures of houses or “pictures of paintings of houses”?
…Chris, I’m thrilled we have the same photo subject interests. Means yummy treats for me.
Love pics of houses and picket fences! These pics are especially interesting due to the different patterns in the pickets. There is an amazing array of patterns in picket fences.

…re your comment: think Paris tends to be anti-American but once outside of Paris the people tend to be very friendly. Hugs,

I love what you did with the pictures.
I LOVE these pictures! And you are right about picket fences. I was also amazed by the deep red Peonies…..I’ve never seen red ones, just the pink and the white ones. Have you and Alice chosen a vacation destination?
