Well, I've been busy scanning some of the photos from my pre-digital camera days. I had three different vacations that all needed to be scanned in and now I've finished that project. This is one of the shots of Mike and me from our Banff Canada trip, which was one of the few business trips that we took together for MY company rather than Mike's.
Here I am getting ready to head out on my dog sled ride.
And here's Mike fraternizing with one of the husky dogs.

Isn't it wonderful how pictures can reinforce beautiful memories.
I need to scan a bunch of my pictures and also go through all the "loose" ones and put them in albums.
Have a blessed week & God keep you safe. HUGS
.Good memories help us survive. I don't think I have ever seen those pictures. Beautiful. love you bunches and bunches:heartbeat::heartbeat:Mom
Oh I love Banff. And the pictures are great
The pictures are lovely, thank you for sharing them with us. I thought of you often over the holidays and hope that you had peaceful ones.
Today was just a running day. No real errands, just shuttling kids around to dance and karate. Wednesdays are like that for now.....
What wonderful memories you have of your life together! Banff is one place I would love to go sometime.
Your blue porcelain is so beautiful. It must really be tough to part with it.
I can certainly understand your maybe wanting to move to Oklahoma to be by your family. If anything happened to Ken, I don't know what I would do, but probably would not stay here. Our oldest son will be moving away from the area in less than 2 yrs., and our youngest is starting to look for a different job, too. Good luck and God's blessings on whatever you do.
Great pictures, Chris. That would be fun to go on a dog sled ride. I'm glad you have your vacation pictures all scanned now. One more thing you can take off your list. :goodjob:
The magic of photographs is a wonder to me. I have so many and I love going through them. Some make me laugh and others bring tears. But they are priceless.
How did you stand the cold, riding on a dogsled?
Ava
I imagine there was a mixture of sadness and joy as you relived those memories. :goodjob:
Now have you saved those files in a backup location? Just when you think you're done, someone thinks of another task. :spinning:
These are great shots! I bet the dog sled ride was fun!
