I've got a nibble on the house, but just a nibble. No offer yet, but my realtor called or came be 3 times today to get different information for our nibbler. Evidently the wife of the nibbler is traveling and I'm not sure when she gets back in town. As soon as she does she'll look at the house and maybe then (just maybe) we'll get an offer. Keep your fingers crossed.
