Well, it took me three tries, but I finally got the picture to load. I came back from my four day trip to Houston/San Antonio to find Irises blooming in my back yard. These are Irises that Alice gave me last year for my birthday. They are georgous. I'm so glad you can finally see the picture.
The nibble on the house has not turned into an offer . . . yet. This could give me gray hair. . . or I guess I should say it could give me MORE gray hair.

I know all about house selling woes. We have sold many homes (we buy and sell every five years here in No Va it has proved to be an excellent investment) Our last two houses took forever to sell... months. It was very discouraging. Hang in there.... April is a good month to sell a house, and your gardens are probably just starting to wake up and show off!
