  • Moving is NOT for the faint of heart !!  I will be glad when this whole move is accomplished, and to tell you the truth, I don't know whether or not I would have attempted it, had I known in advance just how difficult and tiring this whole process would become.  But we'll make it somehow . . . "one day at a time", as Michael used to say.

Tomorrow is going to be a very busy day here.  I have Maryann coming to pick up the bedroom suit she bought, and then Steve and Carroll are coming to pick up the library table and recliner they bought plus the books that didn't sell in the garage sale.  And all day long, Benny will be here fixing the 17 things we said we'd fix on the inspection list.  And during all this, my house is an absolute mess.  It's giving me a headache being in the middle of this messy house, but it just can't be helped while I'm packing.  And all this packing makes me wish I'd gotten rid of even more stuff in the garage sale.  Too Late!!

  • Moving is exhausting.  We had too much stuff too and now a lot of car parts live under the house   Keep the faith!

  • :sunny: THE energy will come to get you thru this phase !!There are many prayers going up on your behalf;:heartbeat::heartbeat::heartbeat:Mom

  • I can so empathize with you here - but you will get through this. And Oh! it will feel so good when it is done and you are in your new home.  You have some great friends and helpers Christine. Do not fret over the mess, just take one thing at a time and work with it.
