I called this morning to see if the repairs to my car were done and the young man who talked to me said that he was so sorry, but the parts were not even IN yet for my car. He quickly explained that he should not have scheduled my car for repairs until after the parts were in. He apologized and said that his company would pick up the rental car charges starting tomorrow, since they had originally said that it would only take 3 days to repair my car, and that when the parts did come in he would see to it that my car went immediately to the head of the line. So now I'm looking at probably not getting my car back until next Wednesday. I thanked the young man for being honest with me instead of trying to lie his way out of his mistake. He owned up to the error and took responsibility for it along with doing all he can to make me happy. As disappointing as it is not getting my car back, I can take it in stride when I'm not being lied to. You can bet I'll not have a second thought about taking my car back to this body shop. Honesty makes for loyal customers.

I hate being without my car. You should be pleased in finding an honest car repair man. Lucky you!
Taking responsibility is not exactly in vogue these days, is it! :goodjob:
We always found that honesty was the best way to handle any situtation when we were in the repair business. My late husband had a motto " You make a living off your friends because your enemies never come around." You don't make many friends if you aren't honest with the your customers.
Have a blessed week & God keep you safe, healthy & happy. HUGS
BTW: The fried green tomatoes sound scrumpous. I love them. I'll have to try the breading minus the cilantro. No one in my family can stand the taste of it.
HUGS again.
It sure is nice when you find companies and workers who are honest ...harder to find now a days But A they are out there The smaller, local bussinesses seem to care more are frindlier and more honest and helpful , we get to know each other and word of mouth can build up or tear down a smaller shop Even if we have to pay a little more sometimes in the long run we save :goodjob::goodjob: Good post Nice to hear stories like this too many about companies like Enro Have a good day God Bless leona
