  • XangaDoubleDaffYellow

Here's another one of the double daffodils that are blooming in my front yard right now. Yesterday's was a peach one and this is a bright yellow and white one.

Alice and I went to Home Depot today and I bought a bunch of paver stones for the side walk on the north side of my house. It will only be used when I need to get into the side door of the garage. I'll plant hostas on that side of the house because it will get very little sun.  We couldn't do any of the work on that side walk today, because the ground is still too wet from our rains over the past two nights.

Sod will be delivered Monday (if it's not raining) to be laid over the dirt that has been leveled off behind my back fence.

  • I love hosta and have many different kinds in several under tree beds.  Talked to cousin in Norman and she hasn't had any rain at all.

  • Good luck with the hostas. It's coming along nicely!:sunny:

  • Interesting daff. Have to admit I like the originals the best. Especially when they grow wild.

  • Sounds like you have a full week ahead. You are coming right along getting your yard whipped into shape. We've had so much rain in the last few days that it's delayed my yard work. There's so much to be done that its frustrating when I have to stop and wait.

Have a blessed week & God keep you safe, healthy & happy.  HUGS  &   Love

  • :sunny:  Appears that you are a true pupil of  Alice  - - - - -    cheers !

  • Very pretty!  I'm glad to hear we are getting some rain in OK!  Nice and dry here in Scotland, we have been so lucky with the weather.  We are off to Edinburgh on the train tomorrow much to the excitement of the kids.
