Would you believe it’s a geranium? I never knew that geraniums came in so many different colors. I thought they only came in the basic red. Go figure. Our Garden Club went to a local nursery today . . . Whispering Springs Greenhouse. I don’t believe I’ve ever been to a nursery where all the plants looked so healthy. I didn’t intend to purchase any plants unless they had cilantro. They did but I couldn’t resist some of the others too.
I planted the cilantro in this large pot along with some Anagallis for a little color. It’s a delicate little ground cover with lovely little pink flowers. I also bought some columbine and more oxalice, but I’ll have to plant that all tomorrow, because it’s been raining here all day.

I haven’t planted any of the things I got today yet. Plenty of time tomorrow when the sun is shinning. :sunny:
Your rain got to us tonight. We can’t get anything planted. Too cold and too rainy so will have to wait until at least May. I just hope my hostas will come out of it. Some are pretty frozen. SIGH!
Alice sent me details of how to get to Whispering Springs Greenhouse. I am planning to make a herb planter for my patio, I think I will be buying some of those geraniums too – they are gorgeous!
Can’t help but wonder if one walking your street can see both yours and Alice’s yards at the same time?
