  • As I said before, I pulled out all the Gaillardia from my flower beds and am intending to replace them with the following lilies . . . that is if I can find them on the Lily Auction site.

Now, if I can't find the above lilies on the auction site, here are pictures of the "Plan B" list of lilies.   I might substitute some of these for any of the above flowers I can't find. They are all available on the Lily Auction.

Do you see a problem looming on the horizon? How to choose which ones to pick and which ones not to pick.

  • Oh goodness!! You have a few decisions ahead of you!!

  • I want them all!!  I have the lily "bug", too, but no place for any more.  I cannot dig out any ground myself, and Ken refuses to.  I don't blame him, since the ground is loaded with tree roots, which makes the job way harder than normal.  Last year when I went to our local lily grower, I was only going to buy 5, and ended up with 11, plus a free plant.  They have all come back this year, despite our horrific winter, which killed off several other perennials in my gardens.  A lot of varieties that you can grow down there will not do well up here.  That is why I buy from a local grower.

    Have fun deciding!!

  • Any selection from this list will make for a stunning Lily garden!

  • i love all of them, you'll have fun deciding which ones you like.

  • They are all so lovely...Good luck with the choosing.

  • Oh, dear, oh dear... and the search goes on. Wedding Band looks especially beautiful.
