I don’t suppose many people consider walking around unfamiliar neighborhoods and taking pictures of houses as very “vacation-like”, but that’s one of the things that my sister Alice and I like to do when we take vacations together. This front porch filled with it’s row of patiently waiting rockers caught my eye. I took three different shots of the house, but I really like this angle the best. We were in Eureka Springs, Arkansas where we spent two days of our vacation. It’s a wonderfully picturesque little town just brimming with Victorian homes, parks and flowers galore.

I really loved Eureka Springs. That’s a great shot there, and I like the way you enhanced it.
That kind of reminds me of the front porch of Cracker Barrell Restaurants.
Only, less commercial
Did you get to see the Passion Play at Eureka Springs? I love the picture :goodjob:…..so restful, and alot more appealing than the Cracker Barrell! (even though that is one of my favorite places to eat)
No, missbev, we didn’t see the Passion Play. We did go get some pictures of the large Christ of the Ozarks statue. Really big.
I think you like taking pictures… :fun: Props for ya!
Thanks for stopping by my site during my recovery. Nice picture.
