  • Flowers growing wild at Lake Dardenelle

Another sad day.  The wife of one of my husband’s best friends and business associates died this morning of pancriatic cancer.  It seems like just last month we got the news that she’d been diagnosed, but as I check the calendar I see it’s really been more like 6 months.  Her name was Beth and she was definately a classy lady.  I’m hoping that her husband Bob, who is a wonderful person, will be able to cope . . . with help from family and friends and most of all with God’s help.

  • I love the look of your site!  Did you do it yourself?  And I love the wildflowers you posted today.  They are beautiful.  Gosh, and you have better comment smilies than I do…  LOL.   :sunny:

  • Very sorry to hear about your husbands friends wife.  You find after a certain age, those you know and are close to start dropping like flies.  A terrible expression, but for us, it’s a truth.  Growing older leaves a lot to be desired.

  • I’m so sorry to hear about the wife of your husband’s friend.

I love the picture of Black-Eyed Susans, my namesake.

  •   I’m so sorry.
