House in the King William District in San Antonio, TX Photo & enhancement by C Duffy
Boy, I go from having a house full of people to no one. Our company left this morning at 7:00 AM and my hubby left for a 2 day business trip at 5:30 this morning. But I have plenty I need to accomplish tonight, so I’ll have no excuses for not getting it done.
By the way, I have my “laugh” tank filled up again. We laughed ourselves silly . . . one time was in a restaurant when Mary said something funny and we couldn’t stop laughing. People at other tables were looking over our way and smiling politely while we struggled to stiffle our laughs.

This is a beautiful home. I like the flower garden beside the walk, too.
Bumblebees don’t seem to bother me. I guess it’s been a long time since I’ve been stung. They are around my flowers and butterfly bushes all the time. BTW, I did zoom in and crop out some of the picture. :sunny:
I know the kind of laughing you’re talking about. My mother, daughter and I all get so tickled sometimes that we cry. :giggle:
Does your house have a metal roof?
Glad you had such a good time with Barney and Mary.I didn’t know you could store laughter,so glad to hear it. :heartbeat: :heartbeat: :heartbeat:Mom
I’m glad you had such a nice time with Barney and Mary. The older I get the more I am of the opinion that those golden moments in life are what make it worthwhile.
That’s the most fun thing in the world, laughing out loud and making others wonder what in the world is so funny! Glad you had a great visit!
Your pictures are always so beautiful. Right before we moved, our PC crashed, and all non-standard programs ceased to exist. Now that we’ve moved, I can’t find my photo editing software anywhere, and it’s driving me crazy!
Coffee, Xanga, bath is the order I do things in the morning and noticed your comment. There are two pics of that little one up there and your bib overall comment is on the previous one. I like the bibs on kids as well and empire style dresses with no waists and big bows. I see I need a dog, I’m missing children.
Love all the photos on your page but the water pics with the water looking clear into the rocks sitting in them are really nice. I would still love to sit on a rock with my feet in the water somewhere. Anything goes except for snakes. I prefer them out of the water where I have a chance to move out of the way.
Have a super day.
I had to double check to be sure you hadn’t posted a picture of my cousin’s house! He lives in an historic bungalow in the King William area. It’s a very cool house on W. Summit and he owns the empty corner lot next door as well. I can’t tell you how many people have tried to get him to sell that lot!
Had you been teens no one would of give a second thought to silliness.
Isn’t King William just the loveliest place?
Gail The Painter asked if my house has a metal roof. Answer: Well, yes or no . . . depending on how I enterpret the question. MY house doesn’t have a metal roof, but the house in the picture does. AND my house, when I was a little girl in Quincy ILL, had a metal roof. I love the way rain sounds as it hits a metal roof.
I hate it when I get my tickle box turned over and just can’t quit laughing. But the say it is good for the soul(and digestion as well)
